Future of Talent

Ms. Nannen is a Senior Director and Portfolio Manager at Lincoln Financial Group. In her role, she leads a team overseeing Lincoln’s $70B+ public corporate fixed income portfolio. Ms. Nannen also leads Lincoln’s ESG investment initiatives with a focus on establishing a holistic responsible investment framework and identifying environmental and social impact investment opportunities.  Prior to joining Lincoln in 2016, Ms. Nannen held positions as fixed income research analyst at Aberdeen Asset Management and Vice President of Fixed Income Research at Credit Suisse. She started her career in the U.S. as a credit ratings analyst at Moody’s Investors Service.  Ms. Nannen holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance from Sun Yat-Sen University and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Baruch College, City University of New York. She has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder since 2005.  Ms. Nannen lives in Bryn Mawr, PA with her husband and two children. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.  In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano and reading.

Current Talent War and the Future

Jamie joined Bellnoon Time Toastmaster Club in 2021 thanks to kind introduction by David Craigin and Sara Gao.  The club’s talents and hospitality was mesmorizing and Jamie stayed as a member to learn and grow in presentation.  As a physics professor and leadership coach, she appreciates feedback and will apply the feedback in enhancing future presentations.

David Cragin is Director of Global Complaint Management & External Affairs at Merck & Co, and an Adjunct Faculty at Peking University and Beijing Normal University, China. David has been a Toastmaster for 17 years and has achieved Distinguished Toastmaster Statues, the highest level of communication and leadership achievement in Toastmasters.
